Things to Consider
- Per Federal US Coast Guard regulations, maximum 12 passengers allowed.
- Yacht has a fridge, kitchen and 2 bathrooms
- Yacht has a great sound system. You may connect your cell phone via Bluetooth to play your own music.
- We love our furry friends but would feel awful if something terrible happened on board, so as a general rule no pets allowed.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PASSENGERS AND CREW
- Charter guests can select captain and crew from approved list
- Per Florida state law maximum 12 guests per charter
- No shoes on board
- No firearms or weapons
- No cooking except for chef or crew
- NO self-tanning lotion or bronzer is allowed onboard or on your person as it stains yacht upholstery.
- No temporary hair dyes or wigs that can bleed color when wet.
- If any guests should damage upholstery, flooring or any of other surfaces with the dye from wet clothing, hair or beverages, CHARTERER will be charged to repair or replace the damaged items and or surfaces.
- No BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc. and absolutely no paraphernalia.
- No smoking, ONLY electronic vapes are permitted.
- No pets are allowed onboard.
- No glitter or confetti.
- No balloons. There have been instances where balloons pop and blow away, and pollute our ocean, therefore, we prohibit them onboard to keep our ocean clean and safe.
